Despite the dangers of drugs, there is hope and healing in Jesus Christ. God’s power is greater than any addiction or bondage.
God’s Promise of Deliverance
God promises to deliver us from every form of bondage, including addiction to drugs.
Psalm 107:13-14 (NIV):
“Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He brought them out of darkness, the utter darkness, and broke away their chains.”
When we cry out to God, He hears us and breaks the chains of addiction.
Renewal and Transformation
God offers us renewal and transformation through His Spirit. He can restore what has been broken and bring new life.
2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV):
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
In Christ, we become new creations, leaving behind the old life of addiction.

We are not alone in our struggles. The faith community is here to support, pray, and walk alongside those battling addiction.
Galatians 6:2 (NIV):
“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
